Stripe says my key can't read something

In Stripe, edit the restricted key and set Charges and Invoices to Read. Slap Alert refuses full secret keys (they start with sk_) because it never needs to move money.

RevenueCat isn't slapping

The key must be a V2 secret key with Charts & metrics → overview: Read. RevenueCat shares today's revenue, not single purchases, so the monkey slaps when that number goes up; it can lag a minute or two.

The monkey is gone

If you hid him, open the monkey menu in the menu bar and choose Show Monkey. If you quit the app, press ⌘ Space, type Slap Alert and press Return.

I lost my license key

The thanks page from your purchase shows the same key every time you open it. Can't find it? Email us from the address you bought with and we'll send it again.

Uninstalling

Quit Slap Alert from its menu, then drag it from Applications to the Trash. To remove its saved keys too, disconnect Stripe and RevenueCat in Connect Sales… first.
